Our Commitment
Every Filomuro door is covered by three distinct warranty levels: legal conformity, manufacturer's commercial warranty, and installation workmanship warranty.
Seller's responsibility
In accordance with Romanian law (OG 140/2021 and EU Directive 2019/771), the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and manifests within 2 years.
Provided by the manufacturer
We cover any manufacturing defect of the structure, including warping, structural cracks, or delamination of the HDF panel and aluminum frame.
We guarantee finish resistance to discoloration, peeling, or deterioration under normal interior use conditions.
AGB hinges, magnetic lock, NOMET handles, and all metal components are covered against manufacturing defects.
Provided by the company, with our own team
Installation is performed exclusively by our professional installation team. The warranty covers the quality of installation workmanship.
